Through her career she has led the multi award-winning D&I and People Analytics teams and currently works as the Group Head of Diversity Inclusion and Talent with Crown Resorts.
Driven by her personal experiences, Harleen advocates for creating cultures that embrace individuals from all backgrounds and programs that ensure that the voices of underrepresented groups are heard and valued. Her understanding of the struggles faced by marginalized communities fuels her commitment to breaking down barriers and fostering inclusion.
