Yhana Lanwin (LLB, BCom, GAICD, Leading Strategic Change and Growth (Columbia University NYC) and Inclusive Leadership Through Behavioural Science (London School of Economics) is an award winning peer reviewed author and experienced strategy and transformation leader who has held senior leadership roles in the mining industry as well as led global programs at Rio Tinto, BHP, Chevron, Alcoa and DFAT.
After seeing the devastating impacts of a lack of inclusive and diverse workplaces within industry and the lack of specialised service providers able to effectively support organisations, Yhana founded Sans Prejudice Solutions with a goal of enabling workplaces to change for the better. Sans Prejudice Solutions is social enterprise management consultancy specialising in business strategy, digital transformation, organisational change and automation with a pragmatic diversity, equity and inclusion lens. With a focus on psychological safety and inclusive work design, the focus is on making changes that are self-sustaining, continuously proving the benefits of diversity to underlying business performance.
