Ruth O'Neill is a seasoned HR leader with over 15 years at Deloitte, currently serving as the Senior Program Lead for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Ruth leads transformative DEI initiatives, focusing on gender equity and driving strategic human resource solutions. Previously, as Head of Talent for Deloitte Perth for over a decade, she managed a high-performing HR function thought a period of the Firm’s highest growth, as well as creating and leading local and national cultural change initiatives. Ruth's extensive experience also includes key roles at Automotive Holdings Group and Soul Telecommunications. She is recognised for her strategic leadership, executive-level stakeholder management, and commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces.
