Lorna is an experienced senior executive with over twenty years of experience in CEO, COO and executive transformation roles. She has held senior roles with HBF, Activ and Healthdirect Australia.

Lorna has been CEO of Lifeline WA since 2016 where she led the turnaround of the organisation increasing the revenue base by over 300% and the capacity of its vital crisis support services by over 400%. In FY24 Lifeline WA supported 135,000 crisis conversations, providing 24/7 free and accessible support to Australians in their moment of need.

This successful turnaround was recognized when Lifeline WA was awarded the Business News 2023 WA Business of the Year as well as 2023 Not for Profit of the Year. Lorna was acknowledged in the 2024 Business News Power 500.
