Kristin has more than 10 years’ experience in the Australian Public Service (APS) and most of this time her focus has been on corporate learning and capability development. In her current role at the APS Academy, she oversees whole-of-government programs such as the APS Graduate Development Program, APS Leadership Edge, the APS Indo-Pacific Executive Development Program, and other new learning initiatives to uplift the leadership and management capability for executive levels. Kristin is interested in scaling-up learning to increase impact through technology powered cohort-based social learning.
Prior to the APS Academy, Kristin was Director of the Learning and Performance at Austrade where she had the opportunity to explore new ways of delivering learning to a geographically dispersed, culturally diverse organisation.
Kristin has a BSc of Agriculture/Economics from the University of Sydney and an MBA from the Paris Graduate School of Management.
