Amy is a General Manager at the Canberra advisory firm, Ora Advisory on Ngunnawal/Ngambri Country. Amy had a fulsome career in the Australian Public Service (APS) before dipping her toes in the consulting world and finding a fit for her energy and strategic thinking. Amy seeks to partner with clients to connect team and individual purpose with organisational mission. Amy specialises in culture, change, strategy and performance and embraces the diversity of challenges – with people, processes, and systems.
Amy’s ‘passion play’ includes diversity, equity and inclusion. With lived experience of neurodivergence, she brings warmth, empathy and humour to acknowledge the realised impacts of her ADHD, rallying against professional and societal biases to bring authenticity to the workplace.
Amy has a Master of Business Leadership, is a qualified organisational coach, and qualified in team performance assessments. Those capabilities pale in comparison to her expertise in a range of skillsets which enable her three kids to live their best lives.
