Throughout his career, Lincoln has consistently taken on complex challenges and delivered breakthrough results. At Virgin Australia, he played a pivotal role in the airline’s dramatic turnaround as the General Manager Business Transformation and Chief People and Communications Officer, guiding the company through a period of unprecedented change. His leadership was instrumental in the airline’s successful exit from voluntary administration and its bold restructuring, resulting in a leaner, more agile business.

As a Director his own consulting firm, Lincoln partnered with the world’s largest mining services provider to redefine their operating model, aligning it with a new strategic direction. His transformative work at South32 Ltd as Group Manager Transformation and Chief of Staff to the CEO further showcases his ability to lead large-scale initiatives, streamline operations, and enhance organizational effectiveness on a global scale.

Lincoln’s career journey also includes senior leadership roles at BHP and Thiess Pty Ltd, where he delivered significant improvements in HR operations, sustainability practices, and organizational efficiency. His ability to energize and engage teams, coupled with his strategic vision, has made him a trusted advisor to CEOs and boards alike
