Kerri Hayman is the Chief Operating Officer for Domino’s Australia and New Zealand. In this role, Kerri is responsible for all Franchised and Corporate store operations across two markets. Since starting her career with Domino’s as a pizza maker in 1988, Kerri has grown through many positions in the Company, including as the first female member of the Domino’s ANZ Leadership Team. 

Kerri's background in Operations has seen her serve as a Store Manager, Franchisee, State Manager and Corporate Operations Manager for Domino’s Australia, before moving to the United Kingdom as the Operations Director for Domino’s Pizza Group plc. For the past nine years, Kerri has owned and operated 14 Domino’s stores in the United States of America located in Charlestown, South Carolina.

During her time at Domino’s, Kerri has become one of the most awarded leaders in the business, having won multiple awards for her strong leadership and management skills, innovation, drive and enthusiasm.
