Gillian is the Life & Leadership Coach, HR Consultant & Facilitator with Connect Lead Coach. Her passion is to inspire, develop & influence leaders to lead with their heart & their head in equal measure; and create safe, innovative & creative places to work. Overall encouraging cultures of connection and sustainability, where everyone feels seen, heard, and understood.

Gillian is a commercial HR professional with over 20 years’ experience working in Engineering, Software, Construction and Professional Services industries with FTSE 100, ASX listed and privately owned companies across UK, Ireland, Europe, US, Australia, and New Zealand, including ABB, Ventyx, Shepherd Group and Hays Specialist Recruitment.

She has contributed, lead & managed Recruitment, Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering & HR Teams and relished every opportunity, approaching each with focus, determination, and heart.

Gillian’s experience has ranged from delivering leadership programs throughout the UK and Europe to managing change programs for mergers & acquisitions and divestments to creating a business dedicated to connecting leaders, teams, and workplaces on an emotional level.

Gillian holds a BA Business Administration from University of Wolverhampton, a PG Dip Human Resource Management from Thames Valley University and is currently studying a Masters in Coaching.

Gillian is also a Certified Practitioner AHRI (Australian HR Institute), Member ICF (International Coaching Federation) Master NLP Practitioner, DISC Practitioner and Accredited Emotionally Intelligent Teams Trainer.
