Adeline is an impactful leader with a demonstrated record of establishing, driving and improving people-centred solutions that deliver excellence in performance. She is equipped with expertise across safety and wellbeing, communications, human resources and people management.

She has worked in Australia and overseas in higher education, healthcare and community services, before transitioning into human resources over 15 years ago. Adeline has accumulated extensive knowledge and a personal drive for supporting businesses to lead with impact through her experience in various executive roles across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. She has particular strengths in talent acquisition, learning and engagement, and workforce analytics and optimisation.

Adeline has a range of qualifications including degrees in communications and human services from the University of Queensland, and postgraduate qualifications from Queensland University of Technology.

After completing the Company Directors program, Adeline has continued to volunteer as a Board Director in the community and sporting sectors and in 2023 was awarded a Women Leaders in Sport grant through the Australian Sports Commission.

A proud mother of two young children, Adeline is promoter of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and uses her position as a woman in leadership to promote the business benefits of a diverse workforce and the impact this can have on sustainability, growth, engagement and community impact.
