YEARS OF ADVANCING GENDER EQUITY

Proudly partnered with UN Women

We remain the only summit series across Australia delivered in partnership with UN Women Australia. Your attendance directly supports vital efforts to accelerate women's leadership, economic empowerment, safety, and resilience for women and girls.

Thank you for joining us at the 11th Annual Women in Leadership Summit

Thank you for joining us at the 2025 Women in Leadership Summit, where we explored the theme “Stronger Together: Leading with Resilience.” We hope the experience was both enriching and empowering.

The Summit was designed to equip you with tools, strategies, and inspiration to lead with confidence and resilience. Throughout the event, you heard from expert speakers, joined interactive workshops, and engaged in meaningful conversations. We trust these experiences will fuel your growth and drive positive change in your career, organisation, and community.

Our goal was to create a space for learning, connection, and collaboration among leaders. By attending, you expanded your knowledge and network while supporting a vital cause. As in previous years, part of ticket sales supports UN Women Australia’s work to accelerate women’s leadership, economic empowerment, safety, and resilience.

We thank this year’s partners – Coaching Partners: Peeplcoach and Veretis; Networking Partner: Interfuze; Advocacy Partners: W20 and She Mentors; Media Partner: She Defined; and our Endorsing Partners: CEOs for Gender Equity, Women in Technology, Gender Equity Victoria, Diversity Practitioners Association, Menopause Friendly Australia, and the National Council of Women Australia – for helping deliver an unforgettable experience. Your collaboration strengthens a community committed to uplifting one another and fostering shared success. Together, we can elevate women’s leadership and create change.

Lead today. Shape tomorrow.

Thank you again for your engagement and support for Women in Leadership 2025. We look forward to welcoming you next year!

Who Attends?

The Women in Leadership Summit is attended by senior managers, executives, and HR professionals from Australia’s leading organisations across various industries, including:

  • Government

  • Healthcare and Social Assistance

  • Finance, Banking and Insurance

  • Construction and Engineering

  • Electricity, Gas, Water, and Waste Services

Overall, the event was amazing. I walked away with pages and pages of notes and tips which will help me progress further as a leader individually, whilst also providing frameworks on how to implement change within an organisation.
