Inspiring Change and Empowering Action: Leading an Equitable Future

26-27 November 2024

Welcome to the

10th Annual Women in Leadership Summit

What an honour it is to join all of you for this very special Women in Leadership Summit this November, as we mark its milestone 10th year!

It was such a brilliant event last year – not only were we able to come together once again to empower and celebrate women in leadership, proceeds from the summit directly supported vital services for 98,700 survivors of gender-based violence.

We're incredibly excited for this year's event and what it has in store. Diversity in leadership is central to gender equality and the inclusion of diverse voices and perspectives is essential to dismantling systemic barriers and cultural norms that still prevail in Australia today.

UN Women Australia are proud to continue our partnership with the Women in Leadership Summit, with 10% of all ticket sales supporting UN Women Australia and our work to advance gender equality for women and girls everywhere.

We hope you can join us.

The event was sensational, hearing from such calibre speakers, with inspirational stories and advice was a great way to spend two full days of wisdom. Lots of reflection and learnings that I can take back with me on my career, and life journey.
